ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – A locally owned coffee shop in Rochester will soon go by a new name. That’s because the owners received a cease-and-desist letter from a business on the West Coast over trademark concerns.
Three years ago, Kyle and Isabelle O’Gara launched a traveling coffee cart under the name ‘Mercury Coffee Co.,’ a tribute to the iconic statue in the heart of downtown Rochester.
