NYS Association for Affordable Housing tours Marketplace Senior Apartments

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Members of the NYS Association for Affordable Housing toured Marketplace Senior Apartments in Henrietta this week.

The building, which houses 150 units, opened two years ago for people 55 years or older who earn up to 60% of the area’s median income. 45 of those apartments are reserved for those who need supportive services.
