Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — Indoors with a cool treat is one way to beat the heat during this week’s sultry wave of weather.
At LuGia’s Ice Cream in Ogden, owner Gia Rumsey showed off her triple-scoop “small” ice cream Wednesday morning, with a customer already waiting outside the door.
“I think it’s definitely going to be busy,” she said. “But again, I don’t think it’s going to be until a little bit later, maybe a little afternoon rush going on.”
