ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Monroe County family is seeking answers after their dog died while attending a training session at a local obedience facility earlier this week.
According to public social media posts shared by the family, the dog was brought to K9 Obedience LLC on July 1 after the family said they received reassurance from staff about heat conditions.
The family said they received a call around 3:45 p.m. informing them that the dog was unresponsive and asking for help locating an animal hospital that was accepting patients.
