Hilton, N.Y. (WHAM) — “The vandalism this summer has been atrocious,” said Hilton resident Carl O’Connor.
Earlier this month, O’Connor said his daughter’s old Power Wheels car was sitting on the curb outside his Rolling Meadows Drive home for recycling collection when neighborhood teens dragged it into the street and set it on fire.
“It looked like a summer bonfire in the middle of the road,” O’Connor said…
