WEBSTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Jenner family said it felt like a breath of fresh air when their son with disabilities found a program he loved. But they said the wind was knocked out of them when they learned the program is set to end.
Sarah Jenner said it began when her 7-year-old son, Jaxon, was invited to a birthday party at Christian Heritage Stables in April.
“I was fully expecting him to not want to participate, to be a little nervous around the horses,” Jenner said. “He got right on a horse, and my husband and I just kind of looked at each other, and we were like, ‘Holy smokes.’ And he had the time of his life.”…
