GREECE, N.Y. — Shawn Warnick was in court on Tuesday for his arraignment on manslaughter charges and pleaded not guilty.
A grand jury indicted Warnick last week in connection with the deadly beating of Timothy Carlton in Greece. Greece police found Carlton, 53, unconscious with life-threatening injuries on Wood Road last month.
Carlton later died at the hospital…
