ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Police say they arrested a man suspected of shooting his family member last Friday on Canton Street.
Officers say 41-year-old Sergio Ponder Sr. shot the victim during an argument. That happened on August 7.
On Tuesday, August 11, officers say New York State Police pulled Ponder over near Avenue D and arrested him. During that arrest, police say the Troopers found an extended magazine loaded with 27 rounds. His arraignment is scheduled for Wednesday morning…
