Man with three prior DWI convictions accepts plea deal after fatal hit-and-run

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man who had three prior DWI convictions has accepted a plea agreement to vehicular manslaughter.

Leonel Yas Pena accepted a plea deal of first-degree vehicular manslaughter for his involvement in the death of Henry Brown. He is expected to receive a sentence of 5-10 years in prison. News 8 was told that he could face possible deportation.
