Rochester, N.Y. — Rochester native and nationally recognized systems-change leader Dr. Leonard Brock returns home to launch his new book, “NeighborHOOD Scholar: A Tapestry of Scholarship, Systems and Self-Actualization.”
As part of the launch, he will participate in a community tour of the neighborhoods, schools, and people who shaped his journey from Rochester’s Hanover Housing Projects to national leadership.
