ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A local animal rescue is expanding its efforts to help control the cat population in the Rochester area.
Pet Pride, which has provided care and adoption services for nearly 50 years, is hosting a spay and neuter clinic this week at its Victor location.
