Rochester, N.Y. — Three men were arrested and five guns were recovered following a ShotSpotter activation on the city’s north side Tuesday evening, according to the Rochester Police Department.
Officers responded to Joseph Avenue near Avenue D around 5:15 p.m. for a report of shots fired. During the investigation, officers approached a group of men gathered around a vehicle on Hudson Avenue near Weaver Street.
Police said 20-year-old Mekhi Ragland was in the driver’s seat, while 19-year-old Antonio O’Neal was in the front passenger seat with what appeared to be a rifle between his legs…
