ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man was hospitalized after police say he was knocked unconscious during an altercation on St. Paul Street Friday evening.
Rochester police responded to the 1700 block of St. Paul Street around 7:55 p.m. for a report of an unresponsive man in the roadway.
Officers found the man in need of medical attention. Rochester firefighters and AMR personnel responded, and the man was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital. Police said he is in stable condition…
