ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — An arrest has been made after the theft of a pipe at Tailor Square Apartments forced senior citizens to relocate earlier this month.
The Rochester Police Department posted video on Monday showing someone in what looks like a cellar ripping a pipe off, causing water to spill out onto the floor. The suspect is then seen running off in different directions.
According to RPD, that incident happened on August 9 when the suspect went inside and cut out multiple pieces of copper piping. The air conditioning system was inoperable and had $17,000 worth of damage…
