PENFIELD, N.Y. (WROC) — Dozens of residents remain displaced by the two sinkholes caused by a water main break at Forrest Hills Condominiums in Penfield earlier this week. Many continue to find increasing damage to their property each day.

Vivianna Hampton says her homeowner’s insurance won’t cover anything and that she’s left holding the bill.
“This isn’t fair,” Hampton said. “I pay for insurance every year to cover my stuff in case something happens. And now you’re telling me you’re going to deny my claim?”
