ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police say they’re looking for a driver who ran away after hitting another car on Garson Avenue, causing a chain-reaction crash that damaged four cars in total.
Officers responded to the crash around 1 a.m. on Thursday. News10NBC’s photojournalist saw one car flipped onto its roof near Lampson Street and glass scattered across the area. Police say that car was speeding and heading east when it hit the other car. The impact forced the second car into two parked cars on the street.
RPD says two people had minor injuries but declined medical treatment, and no one was taken to the hospital. Police are still trying to identify the driver and learn more about what led up to the crash. During the investigation, News10NBC saw officers using a drone and searching with flashlights…
