ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Deputies with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office are seeking the public’s help in locating a girl from Penfield who’s missing. Nyliana Banks was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black hoodie, and she had a pink backpack with her.
