ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Stokoe Farms in Scottsville is reminding residents about the responsibility of operating tractors with passenger wagons. This comes after a serious crash involving a tractor hayride near Elmira.
Three people were left in critical condition following the crash in Wellsburg — a mile north of the Pennsylvania border. Most of the people aboard the wagon were children.
