ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday morning in a shooting that killed a 64-year-old man on Hague Street on the city’s west side in August.
Troy Dukes Jr., 33, is charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon. He’s not allowed to own a gun because of a previous felony drug conviction. Dukes pleaded not guilty to his charges in September…
