Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) – NYS Assemblymember Demond Meeks formally announced his reelection campaign for the 137th Assembly District Thursday night. A crowd gathered at the union hall for Rochester Firefighters Local IAFF 1071 on Hudson Avenue, where Meeks spoke on his successes and plans for the future. Meeks has served in the role since succeeding David Gantt in 2020.
