Spectrum has removed WROC from its channel line-up in some areas west and south of Rochester.
Customers in Genesee, Steuben, and Wyoming Counties received notices last week and immediately lost WROC’s signal.

Unfortunately, Charter/Spectrum has decided to drop WROC from its channel line-up, rather than pay a fair market rate for the local news, weather, sports, and network entertainment programming we provide.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused for many of our loyal viewers.
You can call Charter/Spectrum at 833-267-6094 and let them know you want WROC back on their systems.
