Rochester, N.Y. – A man faces charges after police reported finding an illegal gun and hundreds packages of suspected drugs following a crash on the city’s west side. Officers responded to the corner of Lyell and North Plymouth avenues around 9:40 p.m. Tuesday for a report of a crash.
