Today I’m pleased to bring you one more blog about the truck parade held a week ago in honor of 88-year old Ruth Childs. The parade was inspired by a single Facebook post, in which Ruth’s daughter Bonnie asked if anyone knew who drives the “long white truck with a lot of lights” that goes past Ruth’s apartment window every evening. She was hoping the driver could flash their lights and beep their horn on Friday night, Ruth’s birthday.
