SODUS, N.Y. – A Sodus woman has been arrested after leaving her 3-year-old child alone in a car for an extended time. Rachel A. Tari, 32, of Sodus, was arrested Saturday for allegedly leaving her 3-year-old child alone in a vehicle for an extended period, while the temperature was only 28 degrees.
