ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – City Hall and other Administrative Offices are set to close Monday, February 12 in observance of Lincoln’s Birthday.
Despite City Hall closing, Refuse and Recycling remains on schedule, as well as the city ice rinks, and the city branch libraries.
The 311 Call Center will remain open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
