Canandaigua, N.Y. – An arrest has been made for the abandonment of two cats left on a porch on Hamlin Drive in Canandaigua. The Ontario County Humane Society said the two cats were left Jan. 24 on a porch along with some food and water. The resident’s doorbell camera managed to capture footage of someone leaving the box on the porch then fleeing the scene.
