HENRIETTA, N.Y. (WROC) — There’s a lot of construction activity at the corner of Jefferson Rd. and Clay Rd. in Henrietta.
First, drive-through Panera Bread is now open in the growing Hobby Lobby/Minotti Crossings Plaza. Panera Bread moved from Hylan Drive.
At the intersection itself, two notable pieces of construction on either side of Clay Rd.
On one side, Shake Shack is well underway. In this old Denny’s lot, the burger and milkshake chain will have dine-in and drive-through options.
On the other side, A Splash Car Wash in the old Louie’s lot is well underway. The chain has about ten locations in our area.
The respective developers for each build tell News 8 Monday that construction is due to be finished on both in June; in the same week.
Splash however may be bringing in its own equipment that could delay opening.
