Lollypop Farm teams up with Veterans Outreach Center

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A community partnership is making a big impact in the lives of Rochester animals.

Lollypop Farm has operated a pet food pantry for years now, collecting more than 29,000 pounds of food for Rochester animals in 2023 alone. Now they’re expanding their reach.

Last November Lollypop teamed up with the Veterans Outreach Center, and has since provided over 600 pounds of food.

“So many beloved pets and people fall on hard times,” Lollypop Farm Director of Communications Ashley Zeh said. “It can happen to anyone and the last thing we want to see is people breaking up their families, with their pets because we consider pets family. So this is a great way for us to help our community but also keep pets from having to come here.”
