Rochester, N.Y. – The City of Rochester issued a Motorist Advisory for Gibbs Street in Downtown Rochester. A Portion of Gibbs Street, from East Avenue to E. Main Street, will be closed to all traffic beginning at 6 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 18. for building improvements at the Eastman School of Music.
