WHITESBORO – More than 100 local leaders, law enforcement officers and community members gathered at Hart’s Hill Inn Thursday morning for the launch of the Mohawk Valley Chapter of The Consortium for Safe Communities, an organization gathering steam across the state to try to influence the Legislature to fix bail reform.
