Rochester, N.Y. – A man in his 40s is being treated at Strong Memorial Hospital after being shot early Thursday on Lake Avenue. Officers responded to reports of a shooting on Lake Avenue near Emerson Street around 5a.m. and found the victim with at least one gunshot wound to his upper body.
