ROCHESTER, N.Y. – On Monday at 5:20 p.m. police went to Culver Road and Parsells Avenue and found evidence that shots were fired as well as damage to an empty building. During the investigation, police found that a car was possibly involved in the shooting. Police found the car on Clifford Avenue and initiated a traffic stop near Clifford and Barons Street.
