ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A 20-year-old man was hospitalized Thursday afternoon after being shot in Rochester.
The victim was initially found by officers hurt on Birr Street around 1:30 p.m. According to police, it was later revealed that he was shot down the road in the backyard of a home on Dove Street.
He was taken to the hospital where he’s expected to survive.
As police continue their investigation, anyone with information is encouraged to call 911.
