On Monday (9/2) at 2:49 p.m. State Troopers out of Lyons observed a Jeep swerving on Hyde Parkway and Route 31 in Palmyra and driving on the shoulder of the road. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Stephen A. Ross, age 49, of 70 Olympus Drive in Macedon became irate and refused to exit the vehicle and reportedly attempted to open the door where a barking dog was in the vehicle.
