Rochester Man Sentenced to Over 17 Years for Fentanyl Trafficking

(WNY News Now) – Rochester – A 59-year-old Rochester resident faces a lengthy prison term after being identified as a key supplier in a fentanyl trafficking operation. U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Arcides Castillo-Dieguez, 59, of Rochester, NY, who was convicted of possession with intent to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl, was sentenced to serve 210 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci, Jr.
