HORSEHEADS, N.Y. ( WETM ) – Three women have been arrested after an investigation into a theft at Ulta Beauty in the Town of Horseheads in the summer of 2023.
According to New York State Police, troopers from Horseheads were called to Ulta Beauty on June 6, 2023, for the report of a theft. After an investigation, it was determined that three women had entered the store, placed several items in their tote bags and left the store without paying for the items, which were worth roughly $3,200.
Two arrested in connection to break-ins at Kanona Rest Area
Two of the women who were allegedly involved in the incident were arrested in 2023.
Kadesha D. Dickerson, 25 of Rochester, was arrested on Aug. 10, 2023, on the charge of grand larceny in the third degree (class D felony.) She was processed by State Police in Horseheads and released on an appearance ticket.
Niayara M. Henderson, 23, of Webster, was arrested on a superior court warrant on Dec. 6, 2023, on the same charge as Dickerson. She was processed by State Police in Horseheads and placed in the Chemung County Jail.
