Man charged in 1992 cold case murder, second suspect arrested in Canada

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A suspect in a 1992 cold case murder pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday.

Victoria Jobson disappeared in October of 1992 and was found dead two months later on Rutter Street in Rochester. Arthur Johnson has been charged with second degree murder in the case.

Prosecutors said they believe Johnson killed Jobson sometime between October 1 and December 7, 1992. They said a second suspect was also recently arrested in Canada.

Johnson pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday. He is scheduled to return to court Tuesday.
