ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A 47-year-old woman was hospitalized after police said thieves stole her Kia and ran into her with it, before fleeing the area on Saturday. The robbery happened at the Dewey Avenue Walmart just after 1 p.m.
According to the Greece Police Department, the woman was walking back to her Kia in the parking lot when she noticed two men inside trying to steal it. She reportedly tried to intervene when the men struck her with the vehicle before taking off.
