ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Officers with the Rochester Police Department responded to a single-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon on Lake Avenue near Winchester Street in Rochester. According to the RPD, the driver was heading south on Lake Avenue when a vehicle that was heading north swerved into the southbound lane on Lake Avenue.
According to the RPD, the driver of the vehicle heading south “took evasive maneuvers to avoid a head-on collision” which caused them to drive off the roadway into the grass and crash into a light pole.
The driver of the vehicle is a woman in her 50s and she was not injured. The driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle…
