ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A minor has been arrested after overnight car break-ins in the city.
On Tuesday morning around 1:15 a.m., officers responded to Elba Street for reports of males breaking into parked cars. They said the suspects ran off.
During the chase, officers caught a juvenile man in possession of a loaded handgun. The male’s details have not been revealed…
