Rochester, N.Y. — At least one adult and five children were displaced after a fire tore through the basement of their home on Sunday afternoon, according to the Rochester Fire Department.
The incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. at a side-by-side duplex located at 46 and 48 Colvin Street.
