HENRIETTA, N.Y. (WROC) — Muhammad Khan had arrived at the gas station he owns on West Henrietta Road with his son late Saturday morning to grab a bite to eat.
As they approached the door, he says he was confronted by 35-year-old Ruben Smith.
“He said, ‘I’ll punch you and nothing will happen.’ And he said it two times and walked behind me as I went in the entrance. Then, I look behind me and he tried to punch me, and I had to defend myself and we started wrestling and he started from the beginning of the store and went all the way to the back, that’s when we managed to get him on the ground and lay him flat,” Khan said…
