Farmington woman arrested after child reports injury

A woman was taken into custody Thursday morning in Farmington after a child accused her of flipping a table that caused injury.

Deputies arrested 28-year-old Yexenia S. Pubill at 8:35 a.m. at her residence on Loomis Road, following a domestic incident that prompted a child welfare investigation.

According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, the arrest followed a report from a child who said that Pubill flipped a table at her, resulting in an injury to the child’s upper leg. Pubill was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and transported to the Ontario County Jail for central arraignment.
