Rochester, N.Y. — Loved ones are remembering an Eastridge High School graduate who drowned in Central New York over the weekend.
Kader Oulasie, 21, was kayaking with a friend Sunday on Tully Lake when his kayak capsized, according to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office. His body was found Monday.
