ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — It’s been one year since Cleveland police officer and Webster native Jamieson Ritter was killed in the line of duty.
Last year, Officer Ritter, 27, was shot and killed while responding to the report of a man wanted for assault.
Officer Ritter graduated from McQuaid Jesuit High School in 2015 and Syracuse University in 2019. He served in the Army National Guard and was deployed to Syria in 2022. He joined the Cleveland Division of Police and continued to serve after his deployment…
