GREECE, N.Y. — The saga continues for the owner of a once popular bakery in Greece that’s now closed.
The Greece Police Department says Matthew Belk is wanted on charges of grand larceny and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Belk, who owns Jackson’s Bakery, was also arrested in Canandaigua after the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says he was found with drugs, a stolen van, and credit cards.
In late June, the Monroe County Health Department shut down his bakery on Stone Road due to “unsafe and unsanitary conditions” with 13 violations, according to a report News10NBC obtained.
