ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man who turned himself in after a deadly hit-and-run in a Rochester parking lot has been sentenced.
Paolo Smith has been sentenced to three to nine years on the charge of manslaughter and two-and-a-half to seven years for leaving the scene of an accident. Both of those sentences will run concurrently.
