RG&E working to resolve error impacting Autopay customers

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — RG&E is working to fix a technical error that has impacted customers using autopay.

The utility told News 8 that the error was due to a federally required transition to a new payment vendor. They said they are working to lock down the affected accounts and to work with customers to resolve the issue.
