Day two of Corn Hill Arts Festival cut short by rain

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The second day of the annual Corn Hill Arts Festival took place on Sunday, marking its 57th year in Rochester. Despite the rain forcing artists, vendors, and attendees to pack up early, the event still brought life to nine streets in Corn Hill.
