ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Clippers buzzed and conversations flowed as community members gathered for the fifth annual Cuts for Peace, an event hosted by local barber and community advocate Andre Morrison.
Held outside Andre’s Barbershop, the event offered free haircuts for kids, food, balloon art, and a welcoming space to discuss real solutions to community violence.
